Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Full papers should not exceed 20 pages and page numbers should not be added.
- Page layout: A4, with margins set to 2.5 cm on all sides.
- The paper should be written in Word format (.doc or .docx), using Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.15-line spacing, justified alignment.
- The title should be fully bold, in uppercase letters, 12 pt, written in both Turkish and English, and centered. Spacing before and after the paragraph should be set to 6 pt.
- If the paper is written in Turkish, the title and abstract should appear first in Turkish, followed by the English version. If the paper is written in English, the reverse applies.
- The names and surnames of all authors, along with their ORCID ID, should be indicated above the abstract. Titles, affiliations, and email addresses should be given as footnotes on the first page.
- The abstract submitted during the application must appear in your full paper as at least 250 max 500 words in Turkish (Özet) and English (Abstract). At least 3 and at most 5 keywords should be listed below each abstract.
- Subheadings should be written in bold, with the first letter of each word capitalized. Subheadings should not be numbered.
- In-text citations and the reference list should follow the APA citation system. Footnotes should not be used for citations; they may only be used for additional information, explanations, etc. Footnotes should be written in 10 pt.
- If the text includes images, photographs, musical notations, or specialized drawings, these should be scanned at high resolution and saved in JPEG format.
- Visual materials (figures, tables, images, etc.) should be referred to within the text and numbered consecutively as Image 1, Image 2, Image 3, etc. Captions for visuals should be written below the visual in Times New Roman, 11 pt, and the source must be provided.
- Visuals used in the text should also be saved separately with their corresponding numbers (e.g., Image 1) and submitted alongside the paper as a single .rar or .zip file.
- When citing electronic sources within the text, include the author’s surname, year of publication, and page number(s) where available. The source name and URL should be provided in the reference list. If the author’s surname and year are missing, the URL should be written directly within the text.
- All submissions must be accompanied by a similarity report. The similarity rate for full papers should be below 20%.
