RULES FOR APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE JURIED ONLINE SOLO EXHIBITION
The exhibition is open to professional/academic artists and graduate-level students, as well as to all disciplines within the field of fine arts.
Each artist may apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 artworks that have not previously been exhibited or received any awards.
The artist photograph must be uploaded to the system in JPEG format (minimum 300 dpi, 1080 × 1920 px). File name example: Name_Surname.jpg
Artwork images must be uploaded in JPEG format (minimum 300 dpi, 1080 × 1920 px).
Artwork information must include the artist’s name, surname, title, dimensions, material/technique, and year of production. Example file naming format: Name_Surname_Title_Dimensions_Technique_Year.jpg
For video works, the file must be prepared and uploaded in MOV or MP4 format with an H.264 codec and the file size must not exceed 50 MB.
The artworks selected for the exhibition will be displayed online starting July 18, 2026.
For participants whose work is exhibited, a digital certificate of participation will be generated by the system and announced on our website.
The participant declares that the submitted work is their original creation and that they hold sole copyright to it.
Symposium administration is not liable for any claims or actions by third parties, including compensation claims or complaints regarding copyright and/or image rights violations.
The participant declares that the submitted work does not contain offensive approaches or content related to race, religion, language, ethnicity, or country, and that it does not include advertisements or commercial references.
The symposium organisers and their partners have the right to use any images from the online exhibition for purposes of information, publication, promotion, and archival documentation within the scope of the symposium. After the exhibition ends, the page containing the exhibited works will be moved to the archive section and remain accessible online.
The exhibition will be held online, and physical artworks are not required.
The exhibition was not open for sale.
The participants agreed to comply with the specified rules.
For graduate student applications, a student certificate must be sent to the symposium email address.
