SUBMISSION PROCESS, REGISTRATION, PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION OF PAPERS
Papers submitted for publication must not have been previously published or presented at another scientific or artistic event.
For abstract, poster, and full-paper submissions, applications must first be made by submitting an abstract.
During the abstract submission process, participants must indicate to the application system whether their submission is an abstract, a poster, or a full paper.
After the peer review process is completed, the evaluation results and acceptance letters will be sent to the participants via e-mail. All accepted papers will be announced on the symposium website within the Online Session Program according to the symposium schedule.
The suitability of poster, full paper, and abstract submissions with respect to the selected paper type and content will be evaluated by the reviewers. When necessary and with the approval of the author(s), poster papers may be evaluated as full papers, and full papers may be evaluated as poster papers.
Participants whose abstract submissions were accepted had to complete their registration within the period specified in the symposium schedule.
Effectively utilising the maximum presentation time is important for the effectiveness of a presentation.
For papers whose applications are accepted and registrations are completed, at least one of the authors must present the paper orally in the symposium paper program. Papers that are not presented orally will not be considered for inclusion in the abstract proceedings book.
During the symposium presentation process, sessions will be organised according to subject area and content compatibility, and the most senior participant will be assigned as the session chair. It is important for presenters to remain in the session and participate in the questions and evaluation sections. Please also check whether you have been assigned as a session chair in the announced sessions.
The symposium will be held online via the Zoom platform. The corresponding authors of the papers will present their work by sharing their screen during the session in which they are scheduled. Each participant will have 10 min for the presentation and 5 min for questions and discussion. The session chair may extend these times depending on participation.
For full papers to be included in the symposium proceedings book, which will receive an ISBN number, authors must follow the full paper template and writing guidelines.
Certificates of participation for session chairs and all authors will not be sent individually but will be announced on our website. Please follow the announcements on our website to access these documents.
All authors who present an abstract will be able to submit a full paper. The full paper submission schedule has been announced on our website. Papers submitted before or after the specified dates will not be included in the proceedings book.
To use presentation time efficiently and avoid technical problems during the presentation, the following points should be considered:
Please create a zoom account and download the zoom application to your computer. If you do not have an account or access to the application, you may experience difficulties joining the sessions.
Please ensure that your microphone and camera function properly.
As presentations will be delivered through screen sharing, please test the screen-sharing feature of the application before joining the sessions.

Participants may submit one paper upon payment of the registration fee.
