Within the scope of the 1st International Çanakkale Ceramics Symposium, national and international online paper presentations will be held on July 30–31, 2026. The symposium is open to the participation of academics, researchers, and graduate students from Turkey and abroad, who may present abstracts, full papers, and posters.
The official languages of the symposium are Turkish and/or English. Abstract papers, full papers, and poster presentations submitted to the symposium will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process. Papers that successfully pass the review process will be published online in the symposium proceedings book, which will be assigned an ISBN number. The submission of a full paper is not mandatory.
The symposium met the current associate professorship criteria of the Interuniversity Council. To access the decision of the Board of Directors of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, confirming that the symposium fulfils the requirement stated in Article 8 (Scientific Meetings, clause b) and Article 3 (Publications Derived from Graduate Theses, clause i) of the general application conditions for associate professorship—requiring that the organising committee of other international or national scientific meetings include an academic representative officially appointed by a university, institute, scientific institution, or professional association—please click here.
